Tailored inspections
We verify every component based on a custom inspection plan, which we define together with the customer according to the material, tolerance requirements, and intended use. We plan each inspection to ensure consistency, compliance, and repeatability.
Integrated digital systems
We manage all quality control activities through our company-wide MES system, which connects our machines via Wi-Fi and radio frequency. We collect production data in real time, synchronizing parameters and checks.
All measuring instruments undergo periodic verification and follow a predefined calibration program, managed via dedicated software that ensures timely compliance with each tool’s schedule.
We also organise, monitor and trace tools in a dedicated tool-room, ensuring consistency throughout their life cycle.

Specialized expertise and certifications
We have equipped a helium leak testing room at our Paitone facility, dedicated to critical components with specific sealing requirements. Water and air leak tests are also available on request, carried out at a dedicated testing station within the same site.
All our production sites are ISO 9001 certified. The Paitone facility also holds ISO 14001 environmental certification and it is additionally certified ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
