At the end of the casting process, we rely on advanced systems and dedicated areas for the machining of cast iron parts of all sizes. Each operation is performed by specialized personnel using dedicated equipment and with careful attention to detail.
SHOT BLASTING
Effective surface cleaning for every format
To remove sand residues and improve the surface appearance of castings, we use three different types of shot blasting machines, each designed to efficiently handle different casting sizes and formats:
- Drum-type: for small parts, processed in batches with speed and uniformity
- Tunnel-type: ideal for medium-sized castings, with continuous flow operation
- Robotic blasting booth: designed for large and complex castings, offering a high level of automation and precision
DEBURRING
Precision and safety for large-scale components
In our large casting department, we operate a next-generation deburring booth measuring 9,200 × 16,200 mm with a working height of 7,300 mm. This space allows for the precise removal of burrs and residual imperfections from large castings, ensuring safety, dimensional accuracy, and a high-quality visual finish.
HEAT TREATMENT
Mechanical stability and consistent performance
We perform targeted heat treatments on cast iron parts to enhance their mechanical properties, structural stability, and in-service behavior.

FINAL PAINTING
Protection and finishing
We offer final painting services directly within the foundry, providing protection against external agents and improving product aesthetics.
