Ongoing investments
In 2024, we upgraded our facility by fully replacing the automatic casting plant. The new system, which uses jolting technology, has eliminated the shooting phase, significantly reducing compressed air consumption. It also enables the production of more rigid and precise molds, further enhancing the quality of our products.

We use carefully controlled green sand at every stage of the process. We monitor temperature, humidity, and other chemical properties to ensure optimal compactability, cohesion, and permeability.
